My mother passed away last year - her will names me as her representative.- her house is clear and is in my father and mother's names - my father passed away in 1964. I live in Colorado and house is in Michigan - what do I need ? Thanks

As there is a will, you'll have to probate it. You need to contact an attorney who will help you with the probate process. Once the probate is complete, you'll have to record the will at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name.
