I have paid Timeshare Relief, Inc. $4440.00 to transfer my timeshare titles (2).
After several weeks they now tell me they need a Quitclaim because the property is owned by my family trust. Anything else bought or sold by the trust simply need my signature as Trustee.
Is this necessary and if so, why?

Hi Fred,
Welcome to the forums.
Do you mean to say that you have paid off the timeshare bills but since the property is owned by trust, you need to sign a quitclaim deed? Please clarify your question so that I can talk more about it.
