my "boyfriend" had his friend a realtor.fill out a quit claim deed. i signed it while drinking. the next day i told the realtor not to put it through. but when i told my ex boyfriend, he called his friend and told him to put it through so he did. i callled him repeatedly but no response. i want my house back in my name only. what can i do? i can't afford a lawyer. it's been about 3 years now that the boyfriend says he'll take care of it and hasn't.

I would like to advice that as your situation.Contact your attoney give him all details about that. Sue them to court. Your attorney will help you to reclaim your house to you.
