I signed a quitclaim when I got divorced, but my name is still on mortgage along with ex wife. eventhough I'm not paying the mortgage, I'm still getting info reported to credit bureaus. Is there any way to get my name off mortgage now?
Hi wally,

You'll have to ask your ex-wife to refinance the mortgage in her name. Once she does so, your name will be removed from the mortgage and thus nothing will be reported to the credit bureaus against your account regarding the loan.
