I QUITCLAIMED MY HOME TO SOMEONE HOW LONG CAN I STAY BEFORE I HAVE TO VACATE
Hi Guest,
As you've already quitclaimed the property to someone else, then that person is now the owner of the property. You can immediately vacate the property. However, if the new owner agrees, then you can stay in that property for the time being. It's totally the discretion of the lender as to how long he would let you stay in the property.
Thanks
