Hi smoke_dude!
If your name is on the loan along with your wife, you will not be legally responsible for paying off the loan. However, if your wife is unable to negotiate with the lender and is not able to find out other ways to pay off the loan, you can pay the loan on her behalf and save your house from being sold off by the lender.

Hi smoke_dude!
You will not be responsible for the loan but if you want to save the house, you can pay off the loan on her behalf. However you can consult the lender to chalk out a plan with easier terms and condition with which she can repay the loan.
Thanks,
Jerry
