years ago my sister and i were given property by our mother by quit claim deed. it states the boundaries and acreage "more or less". we have now had the property surveyed by a professional and can verify the boundaries and acreage. can we have a new quit claim deed made without my mother's signature?
also, rights to water was on my mother's deed, but in error was not included in the typing of my deed. how do we get these water rights back on my deed?

Hi Guest,
As far as I understand the situation, you won't be able to make a new property deed without your mother's signatures. She will have to sign the new deed in order to transfer the property in your name. It is same with the water rights as well. Your mother will have to transfer the water rights to you and your sister.
Thanks
