my grandmother left a will leaving everything to my mother leaving her three sons nothing and if she were to die it was to go to her children she also has a quitclaim deed in which she left the house to my mother does the house automatically go to her kids and can any of her brothers challenge this decision
Hi tameaka,
As your grandmother has left a will leaving everything to your mother, your mother will receive the property after the will has been probated. Once the property is in your mother's name, your mother can then transfer the property to you and her other kids. I don't think the brothers can challenge your mother.
