The divorce court awarded the divorce (uncontested) by step-father , as he was 81 and now after my mother married him in 2005 , I looked over some papers and realized that the divorce court also awarded hera interest in property (lien against) property for 550,00.00 to be paid in 10 years, I have tried to take to court pro-Se as no money for a lawyer and , I had a handwriting expert say the signature was NOT my step-Fathers and just at this 010 thanksgiving i realized that she had put wrong discription on quitclaim (not just a mere error ) all wrong, The court , I have found out does not like to mess wuith divorces . But this land was my fathers before there marriage and the court will do nothing, I do not know where to turn as her lawyer is waiting on a response of a foreclosure on this property that was to be paid by Nov 4 2010 and it is all wrong (quitclaim) disc. and forged. Oklahoma law judges will not rule against this as the divorce was attached a correct off land records sheet attached to divorce the right discription of land in ther names , though the land office never checked as I was told not up to them when quitclaim was filed to do this , SO WHAT TO DO.......
THERE IS MUCH MONEY IN THIS ESTATE AND IF OKLAHOMA LAWYER WANTS TO TAKE ON CONT BASIS ...GUARDIANSHIP AND LAND , THER IS ABOUT 50,000 +TO BE MADE .....PLEASE CONTACT ME
Hi artexpress,
You should contact an Oklahoma based lawyer and show him the documents. He will go through the case and let you know whether or not he will be able to claim anything back and rectify the deed.
Thanks
