His name alone is on the loan, although we owned the home as community property. Now, several months later, we are filing for divorce. Does the quitclaim assign all the equity in the home to me, or can it be split in a divorce proceeding?

If he has already quit claimed the home to you then at the time of divorce it will not be split between both of you.

If at the time of divorce both have ownership of the house then the courts decide how much share each one will be getting out of it. But your husband has already quit claimed the house to you.
