do i need to sing the quit claim deed iam the grante ? he has already singed everything i just need to know do i need to sing
Please state your question in detail, there are many expert can help you. I don't know who is the 'He' . and your typo word 'sing' maybe 'sign'.Do you agree with me?

Yeah Liaoyu, it will be sign I think.

The grantee signs on the quitclaim only if the state where the property is located requires him/her to do it. There are even states where a grantee may not have to sign on the deed, just the grantor's signature is important for the property transfer to be affective.

Hi,

The grantee's sign is generally not required on the quit claim deed. But there are a few states which might require it.
