If propery is quit deeded to another person, is that persons name, grantor still on the title?
Not usually if you add someone on the title through a quitclaim deed then yes but if you quitclamed the property into someone elses name then they are the only ones on the title
Hello Jackie,
By signing a quit claim the title is transferred to the grantee. So the name of the grantor is no more on the title unless he still owns a portion of the property.
