house was quick claimed to one person with sole rights to survivorship now a trust was found with no mention of the property only that anything given away with that wording has to go into the trust and be devided 5 ways. The deed was recorded and sealed in 1995 with not mention of a trust on record

A trust is not considered valid if it is not mentioned in the recorded deed. Moreover, if there is no mention of the property in the trust, you cannot be confirmed if it is the same property you are talking about.
