i owned a timeshare and i'll will to sell it for a great price.
i just want to make sure a quit claim deed can be used take my name of the title and give the new for financial responsibility for the timeshare????
A quitclaim deed can be used to take name off the title of a timeshare but you cannot transfer financial responsibility associated with it. most probably you can sell and pay off any loan or obligation on the home, with the sale proceeds.

hi,

you can transfer the financial responsibility to someone else either by refinancing the timeshare or by novation with your creditor's approval.

My timeshare is already paid off. Can I used the quick claim deed to transfer my ownership to another buyer and are there other forms I need to fill out to ensure I'm no longer financially responsible for the timeshare that I'm sell to a new buyer. Thanks!!
