help.
back in 05 my wife and i put our property in a trust. we used a quit claim deed ars exempt b-10 to do this. we are now divorced and i was awarded the house in which i live. i am taking her back to court on 8-20 but would like to have the paper work i need for her to sign while there. i have tried transfering title back to me using a quit claim deed but it didn't work.
what should i do?

Hello Dengle,
You are going in the right direction. If you're awarded the house after divorce, then you have every right to claim the ownership rights. And, if your wife isn't transferring it to you now, then I think you have taken the right step in involving the court.

Why are you taking her to court? Is she not agreeing to sign on property transfer documents?
