Can you use a quit claim to transfer a property from our names to an LLC?
hi dilek,
welcome to mortgagefit discussion board.
yes you can use a quit claim deed to transfer property which is in your name into llc that you are forming.
on the deed you will be named as the grantor and the llc will be named as grantee. after the deed is made out you will have to get it notarized and recorded with your county recorder's office to complete the transfer.
do let me know if you have any other questions.
thanks
