hi,
my husband and i got married 5 yrs ago, approx a month after we got married he refinanced his hoome that he owned prior to our getting married, and the bank he refinanced with had me sign a quit claim deed. didnt think twice about it, after all we were not going to be living there as our marital home. now our situation has changed and we will be living there with our daughter. can we reverse the quit claim deed? or will the banks have issue with that? thanks

Hi swthrtnwa,
Welcome to forum
Basically one can not reverse the quitclaim deed but you can surely ask your husband to quitclaim the deed to you and thus accordingly all the documentation can be changed to its original position..
Banks will not have any problem with this change as long as you are eligible for refinancing and meet all the requisite criteria....

I will suggest you to meet bank authorities before proceeding further. Just check all the aspects with bank. That will help you.
Good Luck...
