would like to refinance mortagage on manufactured home to combine 1st and second mortagages...
1st mortgage $49.0 @ 5%
2nd mortgage $26.0 @ 7.9%

need refinanceing of $75.0 120 - 180 term

Welcome squarebear,

It is possible to refinance both the loans into one by refinancing. However, you haven't mentioned whether or not you've equity in the property. If there's no equity in the property, then, it would not be possible for you to refinance it.
