i currently have a mortgage with wells fargo and the investor is jenny may. i have 60 thoudsand dollars to use to bring my paymentsa down. however, wells will not do a refinance or a loan modification due to my bad credit. i am around 538 on credit score. i am amazed they wont take my 60 thousand. my mortgage is around 160 thousand on it. can someone help me?
What is causing your credit to drop that low? You might want to evaluate your credit with a loan officer and use some of that money to rebuild your credit. It can happen pretty quickly.
