this is my problem,
1-i have two mortgage total 108,000.00 2- when the storms came through daytona beach in 2004 which there were four of them i lost my bussiness. i lived off my savings and social security all these years. i am broke and my credit has gotton bad. i paid off 13 cash credit carss for $37,000.00 on june 2nd of 2006 and the credit people only have taken off two. i have been late on my payments but i always find a way to pay them. my income was only 600.00 just two mos. ago my father died and left me a million dollar trust fund. i( receive 2,500.00 every mo. but i am so behind that i need to refinance with some cach out. what do i do?

I can understand what you've been through. But hey, don't lose hope. Think about what you've done so far till you lost your business - I mean you've paid off 13 credit cards and that's a big deal!
You've spoken of the trust fund here. I'm thinking whether this may help you refinance the loan. But how long is it since you've stopped paying? And don't you have a fixed source of income or job?
