if i bought a house using all cash, and there is a lot of equity in the house .can i do refinance right now even if i was not on the title for 6months? due to the lending environment. is it all possible?

If your name is not on the title, then you will not be able to refinance.

I am curious to know why you are not on the title if you purchased the home outright with cash.
