with 660 credit scores.

1 mortgage 30 day late.
1 credit card 30 day late.
front end dti 20%
back end dti 36%

debt to credit ratio 85%

What is the current balance?
What is the current Value?
Where are you located?
What type of property is it? (Single family, condo, etc)
If this a primary residence, investment property or 2nd home?

Also, when was the 30 day late on your mortgage? Is this cash out to lower you monthly debt?
