I have a six investment properties and would like to do a cash out refi in two or three of them. What lender should I go to do this?
hi tosh,

you can contact your present lenders and apply for a refinance. if you meet the required criteria of the lender, you would be able to get a refinance the said properties.

Yes there are options for you. You need to find a lender with access to freddie mac which allows for up to 10 financed properties.

How many of the properties have mortgages on them? What state are you in?

I have 6 rentals with mortgages plus my HS in TX.
So far everybody that I have talked to follows the 4 property rule.
How do you find a Freddie Mac lender that allows 10?

Do your research, I know of several lenders that will allow up to 10 financed properties. How much equity do you have in your homes. Most investors will only allow up to 75-80% financing on investment properties.

I have connections with some loan officers down in TX. Email me through my profile here with more specific information on the properties and how much equity you have in each and will check with my resources in Texas and get you connected with them.
