hello all,

i am a mortgage broker looking for an investor that will allow cash-out refinance on investment property...no seasoning in the atlanta market.

have 6 loans that have to be submitted asap...thanks!

Frankly speaking i'm not aware of any such investor here. But you can mail any of the community lenders in georgia . Perhaps they can help you out.
