i'd like to refinance my mortgage just to lower the interest rate. no cash-out. home value is lower than mortgage balance. able to pay monthly mortgage, just need to lower the rate. is there any financial institution out there who can help?
As your property value is lower than your mortgage balance, it won't be possible for you to get a refinance. Unless, you have equity in your property, lenders will not consider you for refinancing.
