If my house is upside down,(through no fault of my own) I cannot refi. How do I get my Co-borrer off the loan. I have had the home for almost 4 years with no late payment. My father is the Co-borrower and is in very poor health and would like to be off the loan
hi taxman!

welcome to forums!

in order to remove your co-borrower for the mortgage, you will have to refinance the mortgage. without refinancing, you won't be able to remove your father from the home loan.

feel free to ask if you've further queries.
