if my wife and i refinance would the two co-borrowers on our current mortgage need to sign off or could we just refinance provided we qulify?
it is not necessary that your co-borrowers should sign the title again if both of you (you and your wife) is getting qualified on your own.

Hi boja,

As far as I know, if your wife and you refinance the property in your name, then the co-borrowers would be removed from the mortgage. If they are not on the property deed, then they would not need to sign any document.

Thanks
