My ex and I broke up and I lived in the house two months and then agreed he would move in with his girlfiend for a few months and fix things up so we can see the house. He now keeps saying he hasn't had the time to fix things and we can't put the house on the market.... the realtor told me we can put it on the market my ex doesn't want to because I found out he got married to this girl after a month and before they moved in to the house. I have tried so many time to ask him to buy me out or refinace or to just get me off the deed and loan ... he can't get a loan of his own without my help? what can I do ? he is married now and I am starting my own family I want no more ties with him at all. Thank you ~

Unless he refinances the mortgage and you transfer your share of the property to him, you'll be attached to the property. You will be liable for the mortgage as your name is mentioned in the property deed. If you wish to sell off the property, then you can file a partition lawsuit. The court will look into the matter and let you know whether or not the property will be sold off.
