Hi Terri!

Welcome to forums!

You can remain on the warranty deed but the loan would be issued only in your husband's name. However, you need to inform your lender about this. At times the lender may not want your name to be on the property deed.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Welcome back terri,

You can add your name to the property deed but I think you will have to inform your lender about it. If the lender does not allow it, then you won't be able to add your name to the property deed.
