Where can I find refi for a double wide? 2004 model on 3/4 acre lot. Payoff $67,500 - VA appr. $100,000. Would like to get a least $12,000 cash out. Equity loan/line of credit ok too.

hi john,

you can speak to your lender about a refinance. however, you should note that whether it is a refinance or a equity line of credit, you should have equity in the property. if there's no equity, lenders will not be ready to refinance the loan.
