I am refinancing my home with cash out my new lender wants me to send the bank the escrow check from my old lender . Is this right?
Hi jgarrett!
Welcome to forums!
I don't think this is right. Did he give you any reason as to why he wants the escrow check from your old lender? You can ask him the reason for demanding the escrow check. I am sure he will explain you the details.

No , this is not right.Escrow check is not required in this transaction because you sign the papers : you get the check, this is how it is so simple. Now if the person who is going to give the check the check he is new lender he should not ask for the escrow as he is only paying the amount.
that's great...let's confuse our original poster with more gobbledygook.
jgarrett, what precisely has the lender, or lenders, asked of you...be more specific, please.
