Does anyone know of any lenders who are still willing to do an FHA Streamline Refi with no credit check (scores are in the low 500's)??
Hi forrest,
With credit score as low as 500, it would be impossible for you to qualify for a loan. In order to get a FHA loan, you would require a credit score of 600-620 at least. Moreover, these days lenders would give you a mortgage only after going though your credit report. So, in my opinion, it would not be possible for you to get a loan. You should first improve your score and then look out for loans.

I really doubt whether such lenders are still existing who would give you a streamline refinance without a credit check.
Your credit will be checked. They may not require income/asset documentation or even an appraisal if it is streamline.
