i have a house i rent out do i have to be living there to refinance it or can i refinance it while i have tenants? i live in georgia and have a fha loan

Hi lulunichols,

Investments property can also be refinanced. However, not all lenders will be ready to refinance the investment property. You need to speak to the local lenders and check out whether or not they will be ready to refinance your loan.
