can i refinance my open ended conventional construction loan fha? i have lived in the home 1 month.

If the property has equity and if you satisfy all the required criteria of the lender, then you would be able to qualify for a refinance of your FHA loan.

You may be able to do so.

Getting an FHA mortgage to pay off a construction loa is no small task. It is not just a simple refinance.

You need to talk to an FHA expert in your area.

What state/county is the proeprty located?
