Hi creampuffrls,
An inter-spousal deed is not irreversible. Your husband can reverse the deed and add your name to the property when he feels like. However, did the lender give you any reason as to why they want you to sign a inter-spousal deed? Though the deed is not irreversible, the lender may have objections when your husband tries to add your name to deed later on.
