we have a 1998 redman 4bedroom 2 bath on 1 acre that is paid for we have had some credit probles due to my becoming disabled but have now gotten my disability w/social security and want to clear up some medical bills and pay off cars
we have 4 reference letters from small companies
our credit has these medical bills on it as well as a leamon car we let go after it had to have 2 transmissions in less than a year it was a brand new car and they paid for the repairs but i just continued to have transmission problems so i let the shop keep it

in my opinion, you will have to resolve the credit problems in order to get qualified for a refinance. you should start taking steps to improve your credit. you can check out the given page for the same:

once your credit improves, you can start applying for a mortgage.
