self-employed qualification issues

i am self-employed ... my gross income is adequate for a refinance, etc., but the way in which it is posted to the tax returns is not ... any places that might consider check-stubs, supplemental unverified income for mortage qualification?
doug if you have sufficient equity in your home, and you live in the right area, you may qualify for a stated income loan. where are you?

unfortunately, i don't believe there are any lenders in north carolina offering stated income loans.

I have to agree, I am unaware of stated income lenders
