End the escrow account

I want to end the escrow account on my HARP refinance. I want to pay it on my own. What do I need to do for this?

This will not be possible because as per HARP rules, taxes and insurance payments need to be impounded.

I agree with what Niicss has said. You will not be able to get rid of the escrow account.
