High Dti va refi

I'm looking for a va lender that will refi my house. I have a 51% dti. I will need a 100% refi. Any suggestions.
hi jat,

in case of a va loan, you should have a debt to income ratio of 41. unless you meet this criteria, the lender will not be ready to give you a mortgage. in today's market, it is difficult to get a refinance of 100%.
