Hi everyone... I need advice. Is there a way to refinance my home without permission or knowledge from my spouse?

If your spouse's name is mentioned on the property deed and mortgage, then you will have to take his/her consent as well as inform him about refinance.

Yes you can provided your spouse's name isn't there in the deed or mortgage. However, if her name's on it, then you need her permission.
