If husband is only one on title and also only one that signed the Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement on a Refinancing, but the husband and wife are both on the mortgage portion, what does that mean.
Can she refuse to be responsible and because she's not on title and credit agreement, then she can waive rights to the property and it becomes part of the estate?
