my loan is not with fannie freddie and i hv two mortgages with interest only loans. never had a late payment on any loans or bills. can i refinance without paying difference in vlaue or costs. loan amt 174900. house value 150000. any help or suggestions
Your house value if less than the loan on your property. Thus, you don't have equity in your property. In that case, you won't be able to refinance your loan.
