i would like to refinance my investment property that is a condo in dc. the condo association does not have a fidelity bond insurance. can i still refinance?

Hi invest4ever,

It will depend upon your lender whether or not he would refinance your investment property without the Fidelity Bond Insurance. You need to contact your lender and let him know about it. He would let you know whether or not you would get a refinance.
