i asked lenders about what options they have regarding investment property refinance. they offer me a lot of options, like fixed rate,15 years, 30years, interest payment only, adjustable, some with balloom payment some with not. which is the best option for me?
what is that? my purpose for this is to pay less mortgage payment each month and wait till the market return and then sell it, get the equity out, should I choose the interest only or 30 year fixed rate?
