Hello there... I own the land on which the home is put up. The land is worth more than the home. I need money to pay off the debts. Will I be able to refinance the land loan for this? Are there lenders offering such refinance?
If there is an existing loan on the land and if it has equity, then you will be able to refinance it provided you meet the required criteria of the lender.
Hi Guest!
Welcome to the forums!
I agree with what Niicss has said. If the land has equity in it, then you can definitely go for refinance.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
