I am looking for mortgage companies that do loans on Georgia power leased lots on Lake Harding. It is on the Chattahoochee River. Georgia power owns the land on Georgia and Alabama side and leases the land for people to built houses on. we pay a yearly lease and the taxes on the land and house yearly. We live on the Alabama side.
Simply call local lenders/mortgage brokers and ask if they can lend on leased land.
We do not know who your local lenders and mortgage brokers are.
Someone licensed to do loans in Alabama might read this web site and answer your question, but, I would not hold out for that. Just call local lenders and mortgage brokers.

I agree with what John has said. It will completely depend upon the lender whether or not lenders will be ready to give you a loan for power leased lots.
