Does anyone know if there are any companies refinancing investment property?
you can contact your present lender and check out if he is ready to refinance the investment property. however, it's not mandatory to refinance with the same lender. you can speak to the other local lenders and check out whether or not they will be able to help you. you can also speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. this consultation will also help you know whether or not you would be able to get a loan.
Most lenders will refinance investment properties as long as you have 25% equity in the home and your credit is above a 660.
