I refinanced in 2007. The title company lost my original mortgage. A new title company is trying to force me to re sign the mortgage. Any suggestions.

If the original mortgage documents have been lost, then the same lender would give you duplicate papers or take steps to issue a new mortgage document for you. I don't think a new lender should force you to sign another mortgage document unless you are refinancing the loan with him. It would be a better option to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
