is there a lender that can help self employed people? before write offs we are great after write offs we show a negative. we have good credit and have been in business 15 years. also we own our home and want to refinace to get a lower rate and some extra money. how come the banks get help with money and we dont?
Yes absolutely but it will depend upon where you are located, your credit scores and your loan to value ratio.
the banks are "too big to fail" and you're just a little guy - no disrespect intended.
