We have a manufactured home on deeded land. We want to refi with a 30 year fixed loan. This home is not on a permanent foundation. Can we qualify and at what interest rate?
hi corivermama,
manufactured homes having permanent foundation generally gets qualified for a refinance. however, you can contact your present lender and request for a refinance. he will let you know whether or not you would be able to refinance the loan. you may even contact other lenders to check out the type of rates and terms you would receive.
you can even seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. this will also give you an idea whether or not you would receive a loan.
thanks
